一. 本人自愿报名参加【2026穿越西乌旗草原“99号公路”美丽乡村跑暨第十届“草原王”挑战赛】及一切相关活动(以下统称“比赛”)，本人具有参加本次比赛相应的民事行为能力和民事责任能力，已完整阅读本次比赛竞赛规程和报名须知，承诺同意遵守组委会及协办机构(以下统称“主承办”)所制订的各项规程、规则、规定、要求及采取的措施。

二、本人对参加比赛可能存在的各种风险和意外已做出审慎的评估，为参加比赛已做好充分训练和准备。本人充分了解参加本次比赛可能带来严重伤病和死亡的风险，这些风险可能包括但不限于：扭伤，劳损，撞伤骨折，因其他参赛者和车辆作为或不作为而导致的受伤，心脏类或脑部类疾病，永久性瘫痪。本人同意自行承担参加本次比赛所可能存在的风险和责任。严格遵守参赛规则，佩戴好护具以降低此类风险。

三、本人承诺，本人以及家庭成员(家庭成员包括配偶、父母、成年子女或其他共同生活的成年近亲属)已充分了解该比赛可能存在的风险以及可能由此而导致的受伤，疾病甚至危及生命造成死亡的后果，承诺自愿放弃因参加本次比赛而导致的伤残、疾病或死亡等可能带来的损失的追究权利，并自愿承担一切后果和法律责任。

四、本人将以对自己的健康安全负责任的态度参加本次比赛。本人承诺在赛前近一年内通过正规医疗机构进行体检，本人确认自身的身体和精神健康状况能够参加比赛，没有不宜参加赛事的疾病，包括但不限于：先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病、高血压和脑血管疾病、心肌炎和其它心脏病、冠状动脉病和严重心率不齐、糖尿病、比赛日前两周以内患过感冒或体温异常者、孕妇以及其他不适合运动的疾病等。如本人存在隐瞒不报等相关问题，导致本人在赛事中出现任何伤害事故，由本人自行负责。

五、本人同意在参赛过程中遵守裁判、医疗人员和安保人员的要求，在未完成本次比赛、身体不适及出现突发状况时主动退出本次比赛，并承担因本人坚持本次比赛所产生的全部责任与后果。同意接受主承办方在本次比赛期间提供的现场急救性质的医务治疗，包括但不限于心肺复苏、静脉补液等。本人了解，任何医疗救治都存在风险，上述所述急救医疗方式可能引发并发症或其他不可预见的不良后果并同意承担此类风险。本人同意在医院救治等发生的一切医疗费用或住院费用等均由本人自理。

六、本人同意主承办以我为被保险人投保人身意外险，确认已知悉并同意保险合同的相关内容。

七、活动期间若由于自身原因(包括但不限于自身自有慢性疾病、隐性疾病、身体承受力不足等原因)所导致的身体不适及引发相关疾病、症状的，若最终被保险公司认定不属于理赔范围，则由此产生的一切法律责任及后果(包括但不限于医疗救治费用、误工损伤、伤残赔偿或补偿、死亡赔偿金等)均由活动选手自行承担，请活动选手慎重评估身体状况后进行报名。

八、本人将向主承办提供身份证件用于核实本人身份及参赛资格，保证提交的身份证件和文件资料真实有效，并承担因提供不实信息所产生的全部责任。

九、本人授权组委会及指定媒体/赞助商，永久无偿使用本人参加比赛有关的姓名、肖像、影音片和其它个人资料用于比赛的组织和推广。

十、本人已知悉并承诺严格遵守赛事安全要求，组委会将根据安全办赛要求，动态调整赛事计划（包括但不限于赛事举办时间、赛事规模、参赛要求等）

我已经认真阅读且充分理解了这份免责文件的全部内容，我知晓同意这份文件将会放弃一些重要的权利，本人同意本免责文件，对参赛者、参赛者的监护人、代理人、继受人、受让人及其他可能以参赛者名义向组委会要求索赔或提起诉讼的人均具有约束力。

Ⅰ.I voluntarily participate in【2026 Xiwuqi Grasslands Route99 Sports Festival】and all related activities (hereinafter referred to as the "race"), and I have the corresponding capacity for civil conduct and civil liability capacity to participate in this race. I have fully read and understood the official competition rules and registration guidelines of this event. I hereby undertake to abide by all rules, regulations, requirements and measures formulated and implemented by the Organizing Committee and co-organizers (collectively referred to as the "Organizers").

Ⅱ.I have carefully assessed the various risks and accidents that may arise from participating in the competition, and have undertaken sufficient training and preparation for the event. I am fully aware that participation in this competition may involve the risk of serious injury or death, including but not limited to: sprains, strains, contusions and fractures, injuries caused by the acts or omissions of other participants and bicycles, cardiac or cerebral conditions, and permanent paralysis. I agree to assume all risks and liabilities associated with my participation in this competition. I will strictly abide by the competition rules and wear proper protective equipment to mitigate such risks.

Ⅲ.I hereby declare and warrant that I, as well as my family members (including spouse, parents, adult children, or other adult close relatives living with me), have fully understood the risks inherent in this competition and the potential consequences thereof, including injury, illness, or even life-threatening death. I voluntarily waive any and all claims against the organizers arising from disability, injury, illness or death resulting from my participation in this competition, and agree to assume all corresponding consequences and legal liabilities.

Ⅳ.I undertake to participate in this competition with a responsible attitude toward my own health and safety. I warrant that I have undergone a physical examination through a formal medical institution within the past year prior to the competition. I confirm that my physical and mental health condition is suitable for participation in the competition, and that I do not suffer from any medical conditions that would preclude me from taking part, including but not limited to: congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases, myocarditis and other heart diseases, coronary artery disease, severe arrhythmia, diabetes mellitus, having caught a cold or having an abnormal body temperature within two weeks before the competition date, pregnancy, and any other conditions unsuitable for physical activity. If I fail to disclose any relevant health conditions or provide false information, thereby resulting in any injury or accident during the competition, I shall be solely responsible for all consequences.

Ⅴ.I agree to abide by the instructions and requirements of referees, medical personnel and security personnel during the competition. I shall voluntarily withdraw from the competition if I am unable to finish, feel unwell or encounter an emergency. I shall bear full responsibility and consequences for insisting on continuing the competition. I consent to receive on-site emergency medical treatment provided by the Organizers and Co-organizers during the competition, including but not limited to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), intravenous fluid administration and other treatments. I acknowledge that all medical treatment involves risks, and the above-mentioned emergency procedures may cause complications or other unforeseen adverse outcomes. I voluntarily assume all such risks. I agree that all medical and hospital expenses incurred in hospital treatment shall be borne entirely by myself.

Ⅵ.I hereby consent to the Organizers and Co-organizers purchasing personal accident insurance with me as the insured, and I confirm that I have read and agreed to the relevant provisions of the insurance contract. Ⅶ.During the event, if any physical discomfort, underlying illness onset or related symptoms occur due to personal reasons (including but not limited to pre-existing chronic diseases, latent illnesses, insufficient physical endurance and other personal conditions), and if such circumstances are finally determined by the insurance company to be outside the scope of insurance claims, the participant shall bear all legal liabilities and consequences arising therefrom (including but not limited to medical treatment expenses, loss of income, disability compensation, death compensation and other related costs). All participants are requested to carefully assess their physical condition before registration.

Ⅷ.I shall provide the Organizers and Co-organizers with my identity documents for the verification of my identity and eligibility to compete. I guarantee that all identity documents and submission materials submitted are true and valid, and I shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from any false or inaccurate information provided.

Ⅸ.I hereby grant the Organizing Committee and its designated media and sponsors the perpetual, royalty-free right to use my name, portrait, audio and video recordings, and other personal materials related to my participation in the competition for the organization and promotion of the event.

X.I acknowledge and undertake to strictly abide by all event safety requirements. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to dynamically adjust the event arrangements in accordance with safety requirements, including but not limited to the event date, event scale, participation requirements, etc.

I have carefully read and fully understood all the contents of this disclaimer document. I acknowledge that agreeing to this document constitutes a waiver of certain important legal rights. I hereby consent to be bound by this disclaimer document, which shall be binding upon myself, my guardians, agents, successors, assigns, and any other person who may make a claim or file a lawsuit against the Organizing Committee on my behalf.
